Volodymyr V. Bilyk

Killed in action on July 3, 2014 (exact date unknown). That day, around 7:00 PM, Volodymyr called another scout from the group and reported that he was engaged in a fight near the Zhovtnevyi district police department, was retreating to his home, and requested reinforcements. Twenty minutes later, the scout and the commander he called arrived at the house where Volodymyr lived and saw 2 SUVs and about 8 armed individuals who carried Volodymyr's body out of the entrance and threw it into a Gazelle cargo van, taking it in an unknown direction. The way the separatists handled the body, in the opinion of his comrades, indicates that at that moment Volodymyr was already dead... In May 2016, the Kyiv-Sviatoshyn District Court of Kyiv Oblast granted the application of Volodymyr's wife, declaring him deceased while performing military duties and determining the date of his probable death as July 3, 2014, and the place of death as the city of Luhansk.
