Volodymyr V. Kondratiuk

Soldier Volodymyr Kondratyuk was killed on December 21, 2022 during the battle for the city of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region. The warrior turned 49 years old on November 7. Volodymyr was a native of the village of Soshne in the Khmilnytskyi region. However, he lived most of his life in the village of Kotliareve in the Mykolaiv region. He had a secondary education. He worked as a crane operator at the "Nika-Tera" company in the Mykolaiv river port. During the full-scale war, the man fought for his country in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in military unit A2393. He held the position of an anti-tank missile system operator. "Dad was a very good person. He was incredibly hardworking, loved animals, always helped me and explained any things I asked him about, treated every person he met with respect, no matter what the issue was. He always protected his family, everyone around him knew dad as a person who would always help, no matter what," said Vladyslav Kondratyuk. The defender was buried in the village of Kotliareve in the Mykolaiv region. Volodymyr left behind a son, other relatives, friends and comrades-in-arms.
