Biography
Born in 1967 in the Kazakh city of Tselinograd to a family of military personnel. In 1983, he graduated from high school in Spassk-Dalny, Primorsky Krai, and in 1985 from secondary school No. 12 in Kherson. In 1986, he graduated from the Kherson Higher Vocational School of Service and Design. From 1986 to 1988, he served in the military. After demobilization, he worked at a shoe factory in Kherson. From 1989 to 1998, he served in the internal affairs bodies — in the Kherson department; since 1998, he has been the commander of the boatman department of the Kherson Maritime College. In 2000, he moved with his family to Khmelnytskyi, working as a private entrepreneur with his wife. On March 25, 2015, he was mobilized; he served in the border service department "Stanychno-Luhanske" of the Luhansk border detachment. From February 28, 2017, to August 28, 2017, he served in the 92nd brigade. Since 2018, he has been a production training master at the Khmelnytskyi Vocational Lyceum. Since September 20, 2018, he has been the commander of a platoon in the 79th Separate Air Assault Brigade.Military service
