Volodymyr V. Kryvonosiuk

Paratrooper Volodymyr Kryvonosyuk was killed in action on July 3, 2022, near the village of Mirne in Donetsk region. The defender received a fatal injury while performing a combat mission. The warrior was 37 years old. Volodymyr was from Khmelnytskyi region. He lived in the city of Dunayivtsi. He graduated from Balynsk Higher Professional College No. 36. He worked for a company that dealt with the delivery of building materials. From the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion, when his wife was in occupation, he stood up to defend his native state. He served in the engineering support group of the 95th separate airborne assault brigade. "While undergoing military training, Volodymyr learned that he would soon become a father. His joy was limitless. He wanted to see how my tummy was growing, and feel how the baby was kicking. He dreamed of being present at the birth and being the first to hold his little Cossack in his arms...", said Lyarisa, the late warrior's loved one. The warrior was buried in the city of Dunayivtsi in Khmelnytskyi region. His mother, civilian wife, son, other relatives and friends were waiting for him at home. Posthumously, soldier Volodymyr Kryvonosyuk was awarded the Order of Courage III degree.
