- Born on April 25, 1974, in the village of Nohachivka, Slavuta district, Khmelnytskyi region. Completed 8 grades of secondary school in the village of Nohachivka, a boarding school in the city of Slavuta, and a medical college in the city of Antratsyt, Luhansk region. Served mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After mandatory service, he served under contract in the medical service of the 97th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1766, city of Slavuta, Khmelnytskyi region - the brigade was disbanded in 2004). In 2004, warrant officer V.V. Oznamec was discharged to the reserve. On August 8, 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Slavuta Combined Military Commissariat of Khmelnytskyi region. He served as a sanitary instructor in the medical company of the 128th Separate Guards Mountain Infantry Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778, city of Mukacheve, Zakarpattia region). From August to September 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He served on the front line of defense in the city of Debaltseve, Donetsk region. On October 7, 2014, warrant officer Oznamec, along with other servicemen, was transporting the wounded in a "Ural" vehicle, marked with a red cross and medical service insignia, to the hospital in the city of Artemivsk (now Bakhmut), Donetsk region. During the return to the city of Debaltseve, the vehicle came under fire from Russian militants in an ambush. During the battle, warrant officer Oznamec sustained severe injuries to the head and chest, from which he died. On October 11, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Nohachivka, Slavuta district, Khmelnytskyi region.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
