Volodymyr V. Stelmakh (Komisar)

Stelmach Volodymyr Volodymyrovych was born on March 4, 1995, in the city of Rivne. In 2015, he graduated from the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi. Later, he held the position of deputy commander of the 109th separate mountain assault battalion of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade. He was a player for the rugby club "Rivne." He participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation / Joint Forces Operation. During the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he defended the city of Kyiv. He was killed on March 14, 2022. He was buried on March 16, 2022, at the "Molodizhne" cemetery in the city of Rivne.
