Volodymyr Z. Blazhkiv (Teren)

Blahkiv Volodymyr Zinoviyovych was born on October 15, 1973 in the city of Ternopil. He studied at the Ternopil Secondary School-Medical Lyceum No. 15, and in 1992 he graduated from the Radio Electronics Devices Technical School. On February 24, 2022, he volunteered to the military enlistment office. On February 26, 2022, he was mobilized. He spent a month in the ranks of the Territorial Defense Forces, and from April 20 of the same year he joined the brigade. He held the position of senior rifleman of the 3rd rifle platoon of the 2nd rifle company of the 1st rifle company. He was killed on August 13, 2022 during a tank shelling in the Zaporizhia region. On August 15, he was supposed to come home, where his whole family - his sister, wife, and two daughters - were waiting for him. He returned as he had promised, but unfortunately, it was forever. He was buried on August 16, 2022 in his hometown.
