Yaroslav S. Kondratiuk (Ternopil)

Kондratyuk Yaroslav Serhiyovych was born on November 1, 1993 in the village of Velyki Dederkaly, Kremenets district, Ternopil region. He studied at Ternopil Secondary School No. 16. Since 2012, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He died on May 21, 2022 during an artillery barrage near Zaporizhzhia. He lived in Ternopil, where he was buried on May 30, 2022 on the Alley of Heroes of the Mykulynets cemetery. He is survived by his parents and fiancée.
