Yehor V. Yeriomenko (Doktor)

Battle medic Yehor Yeriomenko (call sign Doctor) was killed on October 27, 2022 in a battle with the occupiers near the village of Makiivka, Luhansk region. The defender was 34 years old. Yehor was born in Zaporizhia. He received higher education at the Zaporizhia State Engineering Academy, was a specialist in non-ferrous metals. He worked at the Zaporizhstal plant. He loved to go fishing with his son, and was always the life of the party. During the full-scale war, the man became a warrior of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underwent training and took the position of a combat medic in the reconnaissance platoon of the 66th separate mechanized brigade. He saved his comrades and courageously carried out all combat missions. "My loving husband, my support and mainstay! My beloved husband! You will be forever in my heart, soul, and thoughts. Heroes are not forgotten!" - wrote the fighter's wife Tetiana. The serviceman was buried in the cemetery of St. Nicholas in his native Zaporizhia. At home, Yehor was awaited by his mother, wife and son.
