Yevhen H. Yukhanov

Yevhen Hrihorovych began his service in the internal affairs bodies in 1997 as a police driver in the patrol and post service regiment of the Donetsk city police department. After 2 years, he became a district police inspector in the Budyonivskyi district police department, and later held the position of head of the public safety department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Donetsk region. In November 2014, he headed the police in Debaltseve, becoming one of the few representatives of the state authority in a city suffering from daily barbaric shelling.
