Yevhen I. Yehunov

Yehunov Yevhen Ihorovych was born on April 10, 2002, in the city of Poltava. After finishing gymnasium in the village of Rozsoshentsi, he went to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he held the position of a gunner in the security platoon of a separate airborne assault brigade. He was killed on March 22, 2022, near the city of Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region. The farewell to the fallen took place on March 28, 2022, in Sobornyi Square near the Holy Assumption Cathedral in the city of Poltava.
