Yevhen Ye. Starynets (Yestar)

Yevhenii Yevhenovych Starinets was born on May 15, 1975 in the city of Vinnytsia. He graduated from the Kyiv Military Lyceum named after Ivan Bohun. He graduated from the Kyiv University of Market Relations, the National Academy of Internal Affairs with a degree in Jurisprudence. He held management positions in many enterprises, in 2012 he came to the Cherkasy Regional State Television and Radio Company as Deputy General Director for Finance. From December 2017 to December 2019, he held the position of manager of the branch of PJSC NSTU "Cherkasy Regional Directorate" "Suspilne Cherkasy", before that he held the position of Deputy Director of the branch for financial issues. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he joined the ranks of the Cherkasy TRO. He was killed on May 1, 2022 during the repulsion of the enemy's offensive and shelling of the positions of the unit near the city of Popasna, Luhansk region. He was buried in the city of Cherkasy.
