Yevhenii A. Holovan

Yevheniy Anatoliyovych Holovan was born on March 14, 1997, in the city of Konotop, Sumy Oblast. He graduated from Konotop General Education School No. 11 and a children's and youth sports school. Before the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he served in the border service in Sumy region. Killed in action on February 26, 2022, as a result of shrapnel wounds. For personal courage and selfless actions demonstrated in defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as loyalty to the military oath, Yevheniy Anatoliyovych Holovan was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree.
