Biography
Yevhenii Yevhenovych Yeshchenko was born on October 9, 1994, in Mykolaiv. He stuwas killed at School No. 20 and later at the Marine Lyceum No. 5. From an early age, he was passionate about contact martial arts and practiced Kyokushin karate, becoming a multiple prizewinner in competitions of various levels. Later, he became interested in mountains and developed a passion for hikes, ascending the peaks of Pip Ivan and Petros. In 2011, he started attending the fan sector of MFC "Mykolaiv". In the summer of 2011, he joined the newly formed group "Buzkyi Hard". With the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity, he actively participated in the events on Maidan and in Mykolaiv, opposing pro-Russian activists. At the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war, he and his comrades joined the ranks of the Azov Battalion, participating in battles for the city of Mariupol and the village of Shyrokyne. In 2020, he got married, and in the same year, a daughter named Oleksandra was born to the young couple. He planned to obtain higher education and build a military career. At the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was in the Azov reconnaissance group in Mariupol. He was killed on March 20, 2022, in a close combat during the storming of one of the positions near the city of Mariupol in Donetsk region.Burial place
