"Yevhen, my husband and the father of my children, honorably fulfilled his duty to protect his country and remained faithful to his oath, the Ukrainian people, and Ukraine until his last breath. Together with his comrades-in-arms, he defended the Donetsk region, whose cities became the second outpost of resistance against the Russian invasion. He fought on the front line in the hottest spots of the Donetsk region: in Avdiivka, in Vuhledar. His comrades-in-arms said he was a true warrior, a man of his word and courage, an example of indomitability and strength of spirit. He was a true father and an example for his daughters. He was also the most precious and beloved husband, a loving son. All his friends and acquaintances say he was a 'positive person': a cheerful and purposeful person. He will forever remain in our hearts and memory... With him, there was never any sadness, because where Zhenya is, there is always laughter, joy, and happiness. He loved his girls very much. He had a special bond with his older daughter. Waiting for her father to come home on her birthday, the older daughter learned that he had was killed defending our country. The loss of a husband, father, and son is an unbearable pain for the rest of our lives. My beloved, you will forever remain in my heart and life...
