Yevhenii O. Kryvenok (Trotil)

Soldier Yevhen Kryvonok (call sign Trotyl) was killed on June 17, 2023 near the village of Mala Tokmachka in the Zaporizhzhia region. While storming the Robotynsky direction, he received fatal injuries. The warrior was forever 28 years old. Yevhen was born and lived in Kyiv. He graduated from school No. 45. From childhood he was fond of sports, engaged in boxing and achieved great success. In civilian life, he worked as a baker, baking cookies. The man voluntarily went to military service in August 2022. He was mobilized into the ranks of the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade "Magura" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He held the position of rifleman-assistant grenadier. Together with his comrades-in-arms, he defended the integrity of his native country in the Zaporizhzhia region. "My brother was a good person, always lent a helping hand to everyone and bravely defended Ukraine. He was a patriot and voluntarily went to the military registration and enlistment office, but they did not take him in Kyiv, so he went to Zhytomyr, where he was taken on the second try... Unfortunately, at the age of 28, he did not have time to start his own family, it's a pity. I am proud of my brother, because he is a true Hero," said Viktoria Kryvonok. The military was buried at the Berkovetsky cemetery in the capital. Yevhen is survived by his father, sister, brother and nephew.
