      • Born on June 18, 1989, in the city of Ochakiv, Mykolaiv region. In 2006, he graduated from general education school No. 4 in the city of Ochakiv, and in 2011 - from the Odessa National Academy. From February 18, 2013, he served under contract in the 73rd Marine Special Operations Center of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1594, city of Ochakiv, Mykolaiv region). From August 8, 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 16, 2014, sailor Kornafel was killed as a result of shelling by Russian-terrorist groups using BM-21 "Grad" multiple rocket launchers at the positions of Ukrainian troops in the area of the urban-type settlement of Starobesheve, Donetsk region. On August 19, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the city of Ochakiv, Mykolaiv region.
