Biography
Kozakul Yuriy Borysovych was born on November 4, 1975, in the village of Pishchanyi Brid, Novokrainsky district, Kirovohrad region. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was at the forefront. He held the position of radio operator in the infantry platoon of military unit A 6175 of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was killed on April 22, 2022, defending the city of Kharkiv. After completing the combat mission, he and three comrades-in-arms were blown up by an anti-tank mine while in a vehicle. The farewell ceremony for the soldier took place on April 27, 2022. The fallen was buried in the village of Pishchanyi Brid, Kirovohrad region.Burial place
