Yurii H. Domashyn

Domashyn Yurii Hryhorovych was born on March 19, 1969, in the village of Dovbysh, Baranivka district, Zhytomyr region. He studied at the Dovbysh secondary school, later at the Zhytomyr Agricultural College and the Vinnytsia Pedagogical Institute. He worked as a teacher at SPTU-31, an educator at the Dovbysh special boarding school, a coach at the children and youth sports school, and a teacher at the Dovbysh secondary school of grades I-III. In 1996-2002 and 2005-2020, he was the head of the Dovbysh settlement council. After the full-scale invasion of Russian troops, he voluntarily joined the Armed Forces for the second time. He was killed on August 3, 2022, in the Kherson region. He is survived by his wife, three children, and grandchildren.
