      • Born on October 29, 1974, in the city of Cherkasy. In the spring of 2014, he was mobilized to the 79th Separate Airborne Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0224, city of Mykolaiv). Since June 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On September 4, 2014, Junior Sergeant Tarasenko was killed during an attack by Russian-terrorist groups on a column of Ukrainian military equipment near the city of Mariupol in the Donetsk region. He is buried in the cemetery of the city of Cherkasy.
