Biography
Studied at Kyiv School No. 261, I finished high school at School No. 111, where I transferred to take driver and auto mechanic courses. I went to war as a third-year student of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (extracurricular). I worked in Brovary as a warehouse manager on a construction site. In April, I went to the military enlistment office myself. I had previously founded a small private enterprise for the manufacture and installation of plastic windows. In kindergarten No. 5, there are windows installed by Yuriy and his team. Earlier, I worked at the international company “Konica Minolta”. I worked my way up from a driver and warehouse manager to an office manager and assistant director. I loved learning new things. While working at “Konica Minolta”, I took evening courses in technical English, and later, customs broker courses. Yuriy didn't tell his parents anything about the war, he reassured them. He came home for a 5-day vacation in mid-August. He passed his exams and on August 18, on his father's birthday, he returned to the war in Luhansk Oblast. His mother says that Yuriy was a golden child, hardworking, and trouble-free. He didn't drink alcohol. He traveled a lot around Ukraine. He loved driving. With the support and financial assistance of classmates and university professors, a memorial plaque was installed on the facade of School No. 261.Military service
