Yurii I. Borbutskyi

Born on January 11, 1974, in the village of Nova Selo, Yarmolynets district, Khmelnytskyi region. Graduated from the Nova Selo secondary school, later from the Khmelnytskyi Cooperative Technical School (now the Khmelnytskyi Cooperative College of the Khmelnytskyi Cooperative Trade and Economic Institute). In the spring of 2014, he was mobilized as a volunteer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 4th battalion of territorial defense "Transcarpathia" (since November 2014 - the 4th separate motorized infantry battalion of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine). Since 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine. He served, in particular, in the protection of facilities in the cities of Mariupol, Kramatorsk, and Artemivsk (now Bakhmut) in Donetsk region. On May 20, 2015, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Nova Selo, Yarmolynets district, Khmelnytskyi region.
