    • Biography

      In 1986, he graduated from Secondary School No. 1 named after T. H. Shevchenko. Then he served in the army and studied at the Kyiv Higher Military Tank School. Since 1992, a new stage in Yuriy Tkachuk's life began — service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He studied at the Kyiv Military Academy and received a diploma. He served in various positions, the last being Deputy Head of the Center for the Implementation of Arms Reduction Agreements, which is located in Lviv.

      Died on July 31, 2016, in a military hospital from complications of an illness contracted while serving in the ATO zone.
