Yurii L. Pavlivskyi (Moroz)

Paratrooper Yurii Pavlivskyi (call sign Frost) was killed on December 28, 2023, while carrying out combat missions in the area of Novomykhailivka village in the Donetsk region. The warrior was forever 29 years old. Yurii was born in the village of Hrynivtsi, Zhytomyr region. He graduated from the Zhytomyr Vocational School, where he obtained the qualifications of a carpenter, carpenter, and construction mason. In his professional life, he was engaged in house repairs. In April 2022, the man became a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Yurii served in the 79th Separate Airmobile Brigade. He was a driver of the electronic support unit. He fought in the Mariinka direction. Yurii was very kind and cheerful. Wherever he was, there was always a celebration. Always ready to help. He was unfit for peacetime service, but during the war, he could not remain on the sidelines and went to the Armed Forces as a volunteer. Without our always smiling Yurok, the family was orphaned, and sadness and grief settled in the house. Two children were left without a father forever, said Anastasiia, the sister of the deceased's wife. The warrior was buried in the village of Stryzhivka, Zhytomyr region. He is survived by his mother, wife, son, daughter, four brothers, and a sister. Posthumously, soldier Yurii Pavlivskyi was awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree.
