  Born on May 23, 1992, in the village of Zalizny Port, Holoprystansky District, Kherson Oblast. Lived in the village of Novofedorivka, Holoprystansky District. Graduated from a general education school. Served as a driver in the observation and technical reconnaissance platoon of the reconnaissance company of the 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit V0425, cities of Sumy/Konotop/Hlukhiv, Sumy Oblast). Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On March 28, 2016, around 1 a.m., Senior Soldier Horik died as a result of a traffic accident in the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk Oblast. On March 31, 2016, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Novofedorivka, Holoprystansky District, Kherson Oblast.
