- Born on December 9, 1988, in the village of Sinne, Krasnopil District, Sumy Region. In childhood, he moved with his family to the village of Velyka Rybytsia, Krasnopil District. He graduated from 9 grades of the general education school in Velyka Rybytsia, then attended the general education school in Myropillia, Krasnopil District. After finishing school, he applied to the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine (Kyiv), but did not pass the competition. For some time, he studied at the Faculty of Law of the Sumy National Agrarian University. He went abroad for work, where he worked as a driver. Since 2013, he served in the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (from March 2014 — the National Guard of Ukraine). He served as a technician at the shooting range in the 9th separate brigade of the Crimean territorial command of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. After the annexation of Crimea by Russia, he returned to the mainland of Ukraine. From the spring of 2014, he continued his service in the 5th separate Slobozhansky brigade of the Eastern operational-territorial association of the National Guard of Ukraine. In late March - early April 2014, he participated in the clean-up operations in Kharkiv from pro-Russian separatists. From April 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine. As part of the unit, he held important strategic facilities in Donbas until the arrival of army units and volunteer battalions. In July 2014, after the liberation of Sloviansk and Kramatorsk in Donetsk region, he participated in the clean-up operations in these cities, eliminating hideouts with weapons and ammunition.
