    • Biography

      Career military officer of the fourth generation. In 1999, he graduated from the Hetman Petro Sahaidachny National Army Academy with a degree in "Automobiles and Automotive Economy." From 1999 to 2005, he served in the military, including in 2005 in Iraq (senior officer of the Ukrainian peacekeeping contingent), and in 2003 in Sierra Leone (officer-coordinator for relations with the UN mission). From 2008 to 2010, he worked as an air transport manager at "Mesopotamia group LLC" (Afghanistan and Tajikistan). He was fluent in English.

      Killed in action on November 2, 2014, while performing a combat mission in the area of the village of Polovynkyne, Starobilsk district, Luhansk region.
