Yurii O. Kuprieiev

Kupriiev Yurii Oleksandrovych was born on March 18, 1989 in Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi, Cherkasy region. He studied at the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi Gymnasium, where he completed 9 grades. From 2004 to 2008, he received education at the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi Pedagogical College, and from 2008 to 2012 - at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. He was a participant in the Revolution of Dignity. During the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he held the position of senior gunner of the artillery battery of the 53rd separate mechanized brigade. He was killed on August 19, 2022 in a fierce battle near the city of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region. He was buried with honors in Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi, Cherkasy region.
