Yurii Yu. Safronenko

Yuriy Yuriyovych Safronenko was born in 1979 in the village of Ivanovo-Frankove, Yavoriv district, Lviv region. He participated in the ATO and JFO from 2014 to 2022 as part of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Daniel. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was mobilized and was on the front lines. He was killed on March 23, 2022, during a massive artillery bombardment near the city of Popasna in Luhansk region. He was buried on April 2, 2022, in the village of Ivanovo-Frankove, Lviv region.
