- Born on November 28, 1993, in the city of Lviv. Graduated from general education school No. 18 in Lviv. In 2012-2013, he served in the mandatory military service in the 80th separate airborne order of the Red Banner regiment of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, Lviv). In the spring of 2014, he was mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 24th separate mechanized Samara-Ulyanovsk Berdychiv Iron order of the October Revolution, three-time order of the Red Banner, orders of Suvorov and Bohdan Khmelnytsky brigade named after Prince Daniel of Galicia of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0998, Yavoriv, Lviv region). Since the summer of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On September 1, 2014, soldier Kolodiy was killed in battles near the city of Lutuhyne in the Luhansk region. On September 8, 2014, he was buried in the field of Honorary Burials No. 76 at the Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv. In the city of Lviv, a memorial plaque was installed on the facade of the general education school No. 18 (18 Olena Kulchytska Street), where Zenoviy Kolodiy studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
