- Senior Lieutenant of Police Boris Didur (call sign Boss) was killed on August 26, 2023, while performing a combat mission in the village of Klishchiyivka in the Donetsk region. The warrior remained forever 26 years old. Boris was from the village of Trostyanets in the Vinnytsia region. He graduated from school there and then from the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs. For six years, he worked as an inspector in the juvenile police sector in his native village. He dedicated all his free time to his wife and young son. On February 10, 2023, the man was enrolled as an inspector of the assault battalion "Tsunami" of the separate assault brigade "Fury". After training at the firing range, the combat unit in which he served went to the front. Boris fought in the Bakhmut direction. "I will never forget the words of my husband: 'I cannot stand aside and watch as my native land is being destroyed, I cannot calmly work in the office when hundreds, thousands of innocent people are dying... How will I look into the eyes of our son when he asks me: 'Father, where were you when there was a war?' I'm going to protect my family, my native land.' My husband is a Hero. He was faithful to his state until his last breath," wrote his wife Yulia. The warrior was buried in cemetery No. 2 in his native village. Boris is survived by his wife Yulia, son Kyrylo, mother Olha Borysivna, father Anatoliy Semenovych, and brother Serhiy. Posthumously, the defender was awarded the "Cross of the Brave" and the "Defender of the Fatherland" medal. He was also posthumously promoted to the rank of Police Captain.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
