Andrii A. Shakhsinov (Shakh)

Shakhsinov Andrii Anatoliiovych was born on November 14, 1983 in the city of Drohobych, Lviv region. He graduated from Drohobych Secondary School No. 16 and Drohobych College of Oil and Gas. In 2014, he voluntarily went to the front. He participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation/Joint Forces Operation as part of the 12th Separate Airborne Brigade and the 130th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion. In the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he returned from abroad and joined the ranks of the 80th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade. In May 2022, he personally knocked out a tank of the Russian occupiers in the Sievierodonetsk direction. He died on May 29, 2022 near the village of Bilohorivka, Sievierodonetsk district, Luhansk region. He was buried on June 2, 2022 in Drohobych, Lviv region. He is survived by his mother and brother.
