- Born on October 29, 1994, in the village of Honorivka, Pishchansky District, Vinnytsia Oblast. In 2010, he graduated from the 9th grade of the general education school in the village of Honorivka, and in 2013 - from the Zabolotne Higher Vocational School No. 31 named after D.K. Zabolotny (village of Zabolotne, Kryzhopil District, Vinnytsia Oblast). Since spring 2013, he served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a vehicle commander in the armored personnel carrier platoon of the 101st Separate Brigade of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0139, Kyiv). Since October 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He was a participant in the battles for the city of Debaltseve in Donetsk Oblast. On February 7, 2015, the base camp of the 101st Separate Brigade of the General Staff in the area of the city of Debaltseve in Donetsk Oblast was shelled by the Grad multiple rocket launcher system of Russian-terrorist armed formations. One of the fragments flew into the tent where Senior Soldier Dobran was located, resulting in the serviceman receiving serious injuries. During evacuation to a medical facility, Senior Soldier Dobran died. He is buried in the cemetery of the village of Honorivka, Pishchansky District, Vinnytsia Oblast.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
