- Born on February 3, 1980, in the city of Kyiv. In 1995, he graduated from the 8th grade of specialized school No. 71 in Kyiv, and in 1998 - from Vocational School No. 3 in Kyiv (now - Interregional Higher Vocational School of Automotive Transport and Construction Mechanization). From 1998 to 2000, he served in the mandatory military service at the Poltava Military Institute of Communications (now - Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization - city of Poltava). On August 23, 2014, he was mobilized as a volunteer into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 90th Separate Airborne Battalion of the 95th Separate Airborne Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (since the fall of 2014, the 90th Separate Airborne Battalion has been part of the 81st Separate Airborne Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - military unit field post V1611, city of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region). Since November 3, 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "Bur". Participant in the defense of Donetsk International Airport. On January 20, 2015, Senior Sergeant Havryliuk sustained serious injuries and was trapped under the rubble as a result of the explosion of the second floor of Donetsk International Airport by Russian-terrorist groups. On January 21, 2015, after the militants captured the airport and took Ukrainian soldiers prisoner, they shot the seriously wounded fighters, including Senior Sergeant Havryliuk. He was buried at Berkovetske Cemetery in Kyiv. On January 21, 2016, a memorial plaque was unveiled in Kyiv on the facade of specialized school No. 71 (Polovyi Lane, 10), where Andrii Havryliuk studied.
