      Died on October 31, 2014, in the hospital from injuries sustained the day before during a mortar shelling of a unit's checkpoint in the area of the village of Nikishine in the Shakhtarsk district of Donetsk region.

      • Born on May 30, 1971, in the city of Lviv. Graduated from high school. On the beginning of August 2014, mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a driver-electrician in the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778 (field post V4673), city of Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region). From summer to autumn 2014, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On October 31, 2014, soldier Semchyshyn was killed by a sniper shot to the head near the urban-type settlement of Stanytsia Luhanska in Luhansk region. On November 2, 2014, he was buried in the field of Honorary Burials No. 76 of Lychakiv Cemetery in the city of Lviv.
