- Born on April 29, 1995, in the village of Luka-Meleshkivska, Vinnytsia district, Vinnytsia region. In 2012, he graduated from the general education school of the village of Luka-Meleshkivska, Vinnytsia district, and in 2016 - from the Faculty of Radio Engineering, Communication, and Instrumentation of Vinnytsia National Technical University with a degree in "Radio Engineering." From November 28, 2016, he served under contract in the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Daniel of the Operational Command "West" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0998, Yavoriv, Lviv region). He participated in the anti-terrorist operation and the Joint Forces operation in eastern Ukraine. On May 22, 2018, Junior Sergeant Kolomiiets was killed by multiple shrapnel wounds received as a result of artillery shelling by Russian-terrorist groups targeting the positions of Ukrainian troops in the area of the urban-type settlement of Zaitseve, Bakhmut district, Donetsk region. On May 25, 2018, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Luka-Meleshkivska, Vinnytsia district. On October 12, 2018, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the village of Luka-Meleshkivska, Vinnytsia district, on the facade of the general education school (Shkilna Street, 52), where Bohdan Kolomiiets studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
