Dmytro O. Rozenko

Dmytro Olehovych Rosenko was born on October 28, 1986, in the village of Chudivka, Chernihiv region. He was killed on February 25, 2022, during a battle with Russian invaders in the vicinity of the village of Khaliavin, Chernihiv district, Chernihiv region. Dmytro was on a BMP-1 that was hastily trying to evacuate soldiers to other positions. During the retreat, Ukrainian units came under enemy artillery fire. One of the explosions occurred near the BMP-1, as a result of which Dmytro sustained severe shrapnel wounds, incompatible with life.
