Ihor M. Pavlov

At the age of 17, he began working at the Bogoslovsky Aluminum Plant in the city of Krasnoturinsk. He received military education at the Kyiv Higher Anti-Aircraft Missile School named after S. M. Kirov. He started his officer service as the head of an anti-aircraft missile calculation in the anti-aircraft missile unit in the western group of troops. In 1993, he arrived in Ukraine, where he took an oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people and served as a course officer and head of the course at the Special Communications Faculty of the Kyiv Military Institute of Management and Communications. From 1999 to 2001, he was a student at the Operational-Tactical Level Specialist Training Faculty of the National Defense Academy of Ukraine. From 2001 to 2003, he served in positions as a lecturer and senior lecturer at the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization. From 2003 to 2006, he studied in the postgraduate program at the Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization, and after completing the postgraduate program, he was appointed as the deputy head of the Department of Tactical and Special Training. Since 2008, he has been the head of the Department of Tactical and Special Training. Subsequently, he defended his dissertation and obtained the academic degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences, and was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
