- Born on April 26, 1982, in the city of Donetsk. In 1997, he graduated from the 8th grade of general education school No. 150 in Donetsk, and in 2000 - from the Donetsk Lyceum with enhanced military-physical training. Since 2000, he has been in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2004, he graduated from the Poltava Military Institute of Communications. From June 2004 to April 2005, he served as the commander of the communications platoon of the support company, from April 2005 to July 2006 - as the assistant head of the operational-technical department (communications) of the headquarters, from July 2006 to May 2012 - as the commander of the support company, and since May 2012 - as the deputy head of the educational work unit of the 330th Central Post and Courier Communications Unit of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0168, Kyiv). He participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On February 9, 2015, on the way to the city of Debaltseve, a UAZ passenger car of Ukrainian military personnel came under fire from Russian-terrorist groups near the village of Lohvynove in the Artemivsk (now Bakhmut) district of Donetsk region. As a result of the shelling, Colonel Tsyhanok, Colonel Pavlov, Major Vasylenko, Lieutenant Colonel Muzyka, and Junior Sergeant Makarenko, who were inside the vehicle, were killed. He was buried at the Berkovetske Cemetery in Kyiv.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
