Graduated from the Prykarpattia Faculty of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. From 1996 to 2001, served as a district inspector in the central department of the police of the Khmelnytskyi city police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Recently worked as a track layer at the Khmelnytskyi track distance. Mobilized in August 2014.Military service
