31-year-old serviceman Ilya Voloshin died on October 30, 2022, from severe injuries sustained at the front. He was wounded on October 24, and doctors fought for the soldier's life until the end. Ilya was born in Zaporizhia and graduated from the National University "Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic." He was always sincere, cheerful, and friendly, and had many friends. He participated in the Revolution of Dignity and immediately went to Donbas as a volunteer afterward. Ilya took part in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) as part of the volunteer battalion "Sich," later in "Carpathian Sich." He had the call sign "Pank." In civilian life, he engaged in entrepreneurial activities. He launched a veteran business after graduating from the economics faculty of ZNU. During the full-scale war, Ilya, as a veteran, was among the first to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He joined the 110th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade. On October 24, Ilya sustained chest injuries and lost a lot of blood. He was evacuated to a hospital, where he spent several days in intensive care. On October 30, the defender's heart stopped.
