      Graduated from the Military Institute of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (now - National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine). Served in the ranks of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine for over 13 years.

      9th operational task force regiment of the NGU
      Died in captivity on July 17, 2014, in a hospital in Kuybyshevo, Rostov Oblast (Russia) from a shrapnel wound received the day before during the shelling of the National Guard checkpoint in the area of the village of Marynivka, Shakhtarsk district, Donetsk Oblast.
