- Born on August 27, 1992, in the city of Lviv. In 2010, he graduated from general education school No. 60 in Lviv. He studied at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, majoring in "Tourism." He served his mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the spring of 2014, he was mobilized by the Lviv Regional Military Commissariat into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 80th Separate Airborne Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, Lviv). Since the spring of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 31, 2014, soldier Dziuban was killed in a battle with Russian-terrorist groups during the defense of the International Airport "Luhansk." The body of Maksym Dziuban, along with the bodies of four other fallen servicemen of the 80th Airborne Brigade, was delivered to the morgue in the city of Lutuhyno, Luhansk region (temporarily occupied by Russian-terrorist groups). On October 16, 2014, the bodies of the five fallen paratroopers were transported by representatives of the Civil-Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to the city of Dnipropetrovsk (now Dnipro), where Maksym Dziuban's body was assigned No. 798/L. After some time, he was identified through DNA testing and recognized as deceased by the investigative authorities. On March 26, 2016, he was reburied in the field of Honorary Burials No. 76 at Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv. In February 2016, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the city of Lviv on the facade of general education school No. 60 (32 Petar Poltava Street), where Maksym Dziuban studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
