- 32-year-old senior soldier Maksym Mansurov (call sign Lviv) was killed on August 24, 2022, near the village of Pisky in Donetsk. Maksym was born in the village of Grabovo, Lviv region. He stu at Grabivska, Yablunivska, and Pobuzhanska schools. Later, he received the profession of an auto mechanic at the Stavropygiy Higher Professional School in Lviv, worked as a builder. He had a knack for everything that needed to be done with his own hands. He took part in the Revolution of Dignity. In April 2014, he joined the ranks of a volunteer battalion under the command of General Kulchitsky. Since December 2016, Maksym has been serving in the 80th separate airborne assault brigade. In June 2017, he received an eye injury from the fragments of an enemy "Grad". After treatment, Maksym's contract ended, and he decided to return to civilian life in Lviv and his previous job. With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, he defended Ukraine in the ranks of the 503rd separate battalion of the marine infantry. "Maksymka, an incredible person, it was hard not to love him. With his humor, caring, kind, but extremely stubborn, because only he himself could out-argue him. He was a sincere patriot, said: "Who, if not I, am fighting for the future of my sons." I am very grateful to fate that brought us together, we had little time, but those were unforgettable years...", his wife Anastasia noted. The defender was buried on the Mars Field of the Lychakiv cemetery in Lviv. Maksym left behind his mother, sister, wife, and two children.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
