Oleh I. Zadoianchuk

Oleg Ivanovich Zadoyanchuk was born on July 10, 1971, in Khabarovsk in a military family. From 1985 to 1988, he studied at secondary school No. 55 in Chisinau. He studied for some time at one of the military academies in St. Petersburg, but later decided to resign from military service of his own accord. In 1995, he graduated from the Institute of Journalism at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in "Political Journalism." He began his journalistic career with reports from the combat zone in Transnistria for the Moscow newspaper "Megapolis-Express." From 1993 to 1997, he held the position of editor and correspondent for "UNIAN News." From 1997 to 1998, he worked as the editor of the program "Afterword" at the "1+1" studio. Since 1998, he worked as the chief editor of the television company "Nova Mova," was the editor of the project "Faces of the World," and the executive editor of news for "New Channel," "5 Channel," TSN, and CITY. He was the chief editor of the media center "Candidate." Recently, he worked at the agency "Ukrinform."
