      • Born on December 3, 1972, in the village of Dzvinkove, Vasylkiv District, Kyiv Oblast. In 1988, he graduated from the 8th grade of the secondary school (now an educational and training complex) in the village of Dzvinkove. In the spring of 2015, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a service number in the 43rd separate motorized infantry battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit field post V0829, city of Severodonetsk, Luhansk Oblast). He participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On April 19, 2016, around 21:35, soldier Lohvynenko was killed during an artillery shelling of a platoon stronghold near the urban-type settlement of Zaitseve, Horlivka City Council (now Bakhmut District) in Donetsk Oblast, when a shell hit his dugout. Along with him, junior sergeant Leonid Kozyrev and senior soldier Anatoliy Matveyev were killed. On April 23, 2016, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Dzvinkove, Vasylkiv District, Kyiv Oblast.
