Biography
Oleg Vyacheslavovych was born in Mykolaiv region, from where his family later moved to the village of Hreblya in the Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi district of Kyiv region. He worked in a private security firm and actively participated in the events of the Revolution of Dignity. He was one of the first among the volunteers from Euromaidan to join the 1st Reserve Battalion of the National Guard of Ukraine, signing a contract to serve in the military reserve of the NGU. His comrades remember him as a sincere, kind person, a warrior who never hid behind his friends and always went into battle as if it were his last. Senior soldier of the reserve Volodymyr Boychuk: "We studied together in Novyi Petrivtsi, his confident gaze stood out, as if it testified that there was still Cossack blood in our veins. Oleg told us that he had a little daughter at home whom he loved very much…". Oleg Vyacheslavovych came home on leave from Sloviansk, and then, despite his family's pleas, returned to the front, from where he called his daughter every day and exchanged text messages with his parents. The last one he sent to his father Oleksandr Vasylovych, received 1.5 hours before his son's death: "As soon as the war is over, we will go fishing together…".Military service
