- Born on June 12, 1977, in the village of Myhalky, Borodyanka district, Kyiv region. Graduated from a general education school (now - educational and upbringing association "general education school of I-III degrees - kindergarten") in the village of Myhalky. Lived in the urban-type settlement of Borodyanka, Kyiv region. In July 2014, he was mobilized as a volunteer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a service number in the 40th Tactical Aviation Brigade of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1789, city of Vasylkiv, Kyiv region). As part of the 1st section of the anti-aircraft artillery platoon of the 1st company of the security detachment of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Wild Duck," he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On April 13, 2015, around 9:00 AM, during another shelling of Ukrainian positions at the "Zenith" checkpoint near the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region, a fragment of a 120-millimeter shell hit boxes of ammunition in the dugout where the servicemen were located. As a result of the explosion, 5 fighters from the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Wild Duck" were killed, including soldier Oleksandr Tyshchenko. The identification of Oleksandr Tyshchenko's body was conducted through DNA testing. On September 23, 2015, the remains of the soldier were buried in the cemetery of the village of Myhalky, Borodyanka district, Kyiv region. On May 8, 2017, the urn with the ashes of Oleksandr Tyshchenko, which were identified in April 2017, was reburied at the grave of the Hero.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
