Oleksandr O. Kushniruk (Strazh)

Graduated from the Military Institute of Rocket Forces and Artillery named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky of Sumy State University and obtained a full higher education in the specialty "Combat Application and Management of Actions of Units (Parts, Connections) of the Ground Forces," receiving the qualification of a military management specialist, tactical level officer. He carried out a UN peacekeeping mission in the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova. He served in the 8th Separate Special Purpose Regiment of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense (Khmelnytskyi) as the chief of staff. When the war in the East began, he temporarily took the position of intelligence chief in the 28th Mechanized Brigade. Oleksandr held the title of "Honored Donor of Ukraine." He made 122 parachute jumps.
