Oleksii O. Seniuk (Puma)

Oleksiy Oleksandrovych Senyuk was born on December 24, 1974, in the town of Storozhynets, Chernivtsi region. He lived in the village of Telizhyntsi, Tetiiv district, Kyiv region, graduated from school, and worked as a builder. He defended Ukraine from the beginning of the Russian aggression in 2014. He participated in combat actions as part of the 3rd company of the 1st separate tank brigade. At the end of February 2022, during battles in Chernihiv region, he destroyed two enemy BMPs and captured a T-72 tank. On February 27, 2022, he was killed as a result of an airstrike. He was buried on April 12, 2022, in the town of Nosivka, where his wife and two daughters temporarily resided. For personal courage and heroism demonstrated in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and loyalty to the military oath, Oleksiy Oleksandrovych Senyuk was posthumously awarded the title of "Hero of Ukraine" with the Order of the Golden Star.
